In partnership with the Premier League this programme is delivered to local schools across Watford, Harrow and Hertfordshire.
This is a teacher education programme using football as a vehicle for learning with the children. Sessions are designed to allow a focus on fundamental movement skills, problem solving and decision making skills that can be easily transferred in other sports. The teacher will work alongside the coach, allowing the coach to explain the sessions and the processes in detail, with the overall aim of making the teacher more confident when delivering PE.
The teachers and children will receive a number of resources throughout the programme including session plans for the teachers and a work book for the children. The Trust understands that all teachers are at different stages in their journey of confidence when delivering PE, with this in mind the programme has been designed so that it can be adapted to meet the needs of each individual teacher.
This programme lasts for a whole term (10 weeks). Prices are very reasonable and dependant on the package that best fits the needs of your school.
